Upgrading your ERC-721 NFT allows you to unlock the capabilities of NFTs 2.0. You'll gain immediate access to nesting capabilities, enabling you to either send your NFT into others or receive NFTs. The collection owner also has the option to add new assets, which you may choose to accept or reject. These assets can offer different representations of your NFT.

Wrapping locks the original NFT into the wrapped collection contract and mints its 2.0 version. As the token holder, you can unwrap it at any time to retrieve the original NFT.
